A silver Celtic cross bookmark and page turner by William Rob of Ballater
A rare silver Celtic cross shaped bookmark and page turner (maybe a paper knife too) made by the famous silver maker William Robb of Ballater and hallmarked Edinburgh, 1911. The page clip is hidden on the reverse of the cross and just visible as it overlaps underneath the top of the blade.

William Robb of Aberdeen, Scotland, 1851-1927 established his workshop in Ballater near Balmoral on Deeside.
