An 18th or 19th century oak carved Panel of a Scottish Chieftain.
The piece is carved from a single piece of wood and framed within a brass frame contouring the edge.
The Clansman is in full highland dress with feathered Glengarry, large animal-head sporran and carries a traditional basket hilted sword.
Provenance
We are unsure as to the origins of this piece - it is estimated to be late 18th century to mid 19th century.
