Originally published in 1845 in two volumes this is an 1899 reduced in size into one tome with an added index and with a Tartan cloth cover. There are 74 colour illustrations to accompany the descriptive histories of each of the Clans.
Condition Notes
The price of this book reflects its relative quality with some significant fraying of the tartan cloth cover along the edges and the spine of the cover boards. The book's overall binding is weak with a few inside pages detached but the pages remain clean and bright otherwise.
