The author first published Memorial of Edinburgh in 1848. This version is the revised "New Edition" completed when the author was Professor of English literature in the University of Toronto.
This is a detailed account of the antiquities of the City with over 150 black and white etchings.
Condition Notes
This appears to be a rebind of the original 1886 book so the book is in excellent condition with just some light rubbing of the leather and cover board. The inside pages are bright and clean throughout.
