First published in 1891 by the Scottish Mountaineering club this is a perfect book - small and compact - for those people interested in the Scottish mountains - there are tables for all the Munro's, Corbett's and Donald's with Gaelic meaning and pronunciation guide and many colour plate illustrations.
Condition Notes
A very good tidy copy with very clean original dustcover and clean and bright pages throughout. Please note that the book has a user's notes section in the table and this has ben used by a previous owner in the 1980s to record the dates of their climbs. This in my view adds to the books history and authenticity. Many of the Munro climbs were accomplished by the person concerned.
