    The Official record of Queen Victoria's visit to Edinburgh and the Highlands of Scotland in August 1942 - from her departure on a carriage from Windsor to the embarkation on the Royal yacht at Woolwich and the arrival and visit to Edinburgh and then into the Highlands. This is a very detailed account with descriptions of attires and attendees at each juncture.

     

     

  • Condition Notes

    The book is in good overall condition with some very slight structural looseness. The khaki green cover boards havd som light faseing and the paper title on the spine has caused some rubbing out.

    The inside pages have age-related tanning throughout and some spotting but are otherwise bright.
