Dillian Harvie, captain of her form and perfectly contented with life at the local High School, likes things set and unchanging. Imagine her dismay when she learns she is to go to boarding-school far away in the remote Isle of Skye. Good condition overall - the dust cover has a polythene cover which has kept it clean but only after it has suffered some fraying around the edges especially around the top and bottom of the spine.

There is an attractive "presented to plate" on the inside endpaper and a signature in ink. Otherwise the inside pages are bright and clean with the usual age-related tanning.
