Alfred Wainwright (1907-1991) is most famous for his books and etchings of the Cumbrian Mountains where he lived and worked for a large part of his life.
In the latter part of his life he produced complete etchings and descriptions of the Scottish Highlands & Islands which were then published during the 1970s in 6 separate volumes.
In this - Volume Two - he covers the more remote mountains of Knoydart and Kintail.
Condition Notes
A very good copy - There is some tearing and outer-edge fraying of the dustcover but it remains clean.
The inside pages are bright and clean throughout.
