  • Additional Product Information

This is a sumptuous book both in terms of its presentation and its content, tracing the great River Tay from its wild source in the mountains of Argyll through to perhaps its most bucolic setting in the Perthshire town of Dunkeld. There are 58 illustrations by the artist A, Scott Rankin depicting scenes along the river's historic meandering way.

  • Condition Notes

A magnificent book with deep gilt images and titles on deep red cover boards. There is some minor bumping of the corners a long with some small scuffs but overall very good.

The inside pages are generally in fine condition with age-related tanning and some random stains and spotting throughout. There is some looseness of the title pages.
