W. Douglas Simpson (1896 – 1968) was a senior lecturer and then librarian at the University of Aberdeen and was a prolific writer on history and archaeology.
In this book he examines the role and importance of St Columba in Scotland's Christian history.
Condition Notes
This is a small print run edition and a rare book. It is is in good overall condition with some wear and tear of the front cover bords - especially bumping at the corners.
The inside pages are bright and clean however there are some pencil underlinings and notes on a number of pages.
